In exchange, VCMO receives a portion of the training fee, which supports our ongoing efforts to offer great value to our clients. The percentage we receive varies with each partner, taking into account their business model and profit margins.
We're committed to transparency and fairness, insisting that our partners do not increase their prices to cover our referral fee, to maintain the integrity of our relationships. Also, we're invested in long-term success; after the first year, we no longer take a percentage from the client's spending, fostering a more direct and beneficial relationship between our clients and our training partners.
Our Fractional Marketing Executives have developed strong, trusting relationships with various training providers, thanks to their first-hand experience with the quality of training and the lasting impact of the learning outcomes. We confidently recommend our partners because of this. In forming these partnerships, we conduct thorough mutual due diligence to ensure our missions, values, and approaches to service are closely aligned. Additionally, we negotiate benefits for our clients that they might not get if they approached the training provider directly, creating a win-win-win situation for our clients, our partners, and us.
