Absolutely. If there's a change in your business needs and you're looking to engage a Fractional Marketing Executive on an ad-hoc basis, you're free to switch to our Flex Pricing Plan after the first three months of engagement. Or, if a fixed price for specific work is more your style, our Fixed Pricing Plan is another option. Whichever route you decide on, we'll provide an updated Scope of Work to reflect your choice.
You can cancel the Retainer Agreement without incurring a fee by giving at least three months' written notice. Otherwise, we impose a cancellation charge equivalent to one month. We implement a cancellation charge because our Fractional Marketing Executives reserve their schedules exclusively for your brand, and the scale reflects potential lost work. You may wish to consider our Flex Pricing Plan which comes with no cancellation charges.
Once we have agreed to work together, we issue our Terms of Business through our Zoho platform that you can review and sign electronically.
Before an engagement begins we work together to define and agree a Scope of Work along with specific marketing KPIs and/or outcomes. You enter into a minimum six-month Retainer Agreement. All details will be included in our proposal for the Scope of Work and you simply sign our Terms of Business.
Every Retainer Agreement is customised to your specific marketing requirements and commercial objectives. The deliverables will be agreed and detailed in a Scope of Work prior to engagement.

Since VCMO is an early-stage business, maintaining a healthy cash flow is crucial for us. Therefore, we kindly ask all our clients to pay for our services as soon as our invoice has been received by your accounts team. We will continue review and adjust our payment terms once we have achieved sufficient scale.
Absolutely not. You enter into a minimum 6-month Retainer Agreement with 3-month’s notice of cancellation. You may prefer to engage with our Flex Pricing Plan which comes without any contract and you are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. Or you may prefer our Fixed Pricing Plan where we offer a fixed-cost for a defined scope of work.
Yes. Any travel costs incurred by our Fractional Marketing Executives supporting your business will be itemised on our invoices, and receipts will be provided. For any agreed on-site work, travel and subsistence expenses will be claimed commensurate with your travel policy. This will be agreed with you before any travel commitment is made by your Fractional Executive.
