Belfast & Bristol, UK — VCMO Limited, a pioneer in fractional marketing leadership, today announced Lydia McClelland as its latest member joining as Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Lydia brings significant expertise to the VCMO network having held senior marketing, business development and GM roles across economic development, the arts, higher education and visitor attraction/science sectors in Northern Ireland. She is also a Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a licensed SOSTAC® Trainer.

During her recent fractional role as Director of Marketing at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), Lydia supported a brand repositioning project, grew sales and supported the growth of its global partner network to ensure AoEC is the leading coach training provider in the UK.

Acting as a Fractional CMO, Lydia has assisted SMEs in multiple sectors across the UK and Ireland to achieve business growth through a strategic approach to marketing by providing training, mentoring, and consultancy.

Working as part of the VCMO network, Lydia will support privately-owned and investor-backed businesses that operate without a full-time marketing leader or navigating marketing transition.

The appointment sees VCMO strengthen its presence in Ireland and Northern Ireland having already established a presence in Bristol, London, Manchester and Yorkshire.

Paul Mills, CEO and Founder of VCMO, said: “I’m thrilled that Lydia has joined the VCMO network where her expertise will be highly sought after by early-stage and mature businesses that want to gain a competitive advantage through the fractional leadership model.

Speaking about joining the VCMO network, Lydia commented: “I’m delighted to join the VCMO Network with fellow Chartered Marketers and Fellows of the CIM across the UK and Ireland and look forward to adding value to VCMO’s client base.”

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
