If the project scope shifts during the course of our work, we’ll adjust the agreement to reflect any necessary changes—ensuring your business continues to benefit from the right level of support without disrupting your budget.

Absolutely. If there's a change in your business needs and you're looking to engage a Fractional Marketing Executive on an ad-hoc basis, you're free to switch to our Flex Pricing Plan after the first four weeks of engagement. Or, if our Retainer Agreement with a discounted day rate is more preferred, our Retain Pricing Plan is another option. Whichever route you decide on, we'll provide an updated Scope of Work to reflect your choice.
No. You can cancel the engagement at any time. All work delivered to the point of cancellation will be charged for.
No. We will issue a proposal for the Scope of Work. The only agreement you sign is our Terms of Business.
Once we have agreed to work together, we issue our Terms of Business through our Zoho platform that you can review and sign electronically.

Our equitable pricing philosophy takes into account that bigger companies typically have more complicated needs and can afford a higher level of marketing expertise. It wouldn't be fair to charge small businesses the same rate given the difference in resources and needs.
Since VCMO is an early-stage business, maintaining a healthy cash flow is crucial for us. Therefore, we kindly ask all our clients to pay for our services as soon as our invoice has been received by your accounts team. We will continue review and adjust our payment terms once we have achieved sufficient scale.
Yes. Any travel costs incurred by our Fractional Marketing Executives supporting your business will be itemised on our invoices, and receipts will be provided. For any agreed on-site work, travel and subsistence expenses will be claimed commensurate with your travel policy. This will be agreed with you before any travel commitment is made by your Fractional Executive.
